Refund Policy

AISF wants purchasers to be confident that they will receive the digital products they purchase, as described on our website, immediately following successful payment.

AISF does not retain payment for a product that it has failed to provide as described.

In the unlikely event that a purchaser encounters a genuine payment-process-related issue following successful transfer of funds to AISF, they can confidently expect a refund.

Refund requests should be sent to support@aisourcedfacts.com, together with the purchaser’s name, order number and a brief description of the issue. AISF will review and respond as soon as reasonably practicable.
